If you are the owner of a portable basketball hoop and it is in the road right of way could you please move it back. This will make it much easier for the snow plows this winter and possibly keep your basketball hoop from being damaged. According to ORC Section 3767.5, no obstructions can be placed in the road right of ways. Thank You in this matter.
